Made in Trinidad & Tobago, this 12 year old blend from Angostura is made from rums as old as 20 years old. All of the components were aged in Jack Daniels barrels, which is fitting as the flavors tend toward the bourbon side of the spectrum. Rich vanilla, baking spices, cinnamon, and sweet molasses flavors dance on the palate. This is a rum for whiskey drinkers and should provide an easy transition for those looking to try something new. A fantastic value as well.
