Peat smoked whisky has left centuries of enthusiasts. We convinced our peated whisky-making brethren to share some of their malt so we could create our own California crafted peat smoked whisky. Our spirits are aged in the finest hand selected rye casks and finished in our own “3 Mile” rum barrels.
